More than just working with insurance companies, Lisa helps keep you focused and motivated throughout the process. She prepares a customized binder that maps your individual plan and makes sure you’re set for all appointments, tests, nutrition classes and support groups – before and after surgery.

"Some patients have to come for three, six, nine months consecutively to receive medically necessary supervised weight loss before we can even submit anything to the insurance company," she says. "I guide our patients through each step of that process."
